Gravity, situated in Kwun Tong (Hong Kong’s CBD2), aims to foster a culture of innovation and creativity and redefines industrial buildings in the district. We strive to live up to our name “Gravity”, to create a creative yet professional work environment where techpreneurs gather, and eventually coalescing different ideas into something that shines.
At Gravity, your imagination will be unleashed, revolutionizing the way you live, work and play.
At Gravity, unlike traditional co-working spaces, we prefer to give our tenants expansive spaces and privacy available around the clock to work on their own projects. At the same time, we also offer a collaborative environment for fellow tenants to interact and explore new, exciting opportunities via series of networking events and social gatherings, expanding the community beyond Gravity and into the surrounding neighborhood.
Gravity is the landmark building of Kwun Tong, cladded in double-glazed glass windows with low-emissivity coating that reduces solar heat penetration into the building, thereby increasing energy efficiency.
The exterior façade lights up colorfully between 5:00pm and 10:00pm on the hour. The hexagonal design on the façade represents the chemical compound Benzene, a vital component in gasoline, symbolizing Gravity as the fuel that powers a new tide of innovation that our tenants will create.
The futuristic space-themed interior decorations contributed by Lagranja of Barcelona is a nod to our belief in the spirit of discovery and exploration.
